Shipping, Returns & Warranty - Zodiac Online Shop
Zodiac Online Shop is an online store with a physical showroom. We deliver our products throughout Europe. Naturally, you want to know that your order will arrive safely and securely, and that it won't take unnecessarily long.
You can also pick up your order at our location in the heart of the Randstad, near Schiphol Airport. We ship most items throughout Europe.
Shipping costs Netherlands
Free shipping on orders over €50 within the Netherlands.
For orders up to €50, shipping costs are €7.50.
International Shipping Costs
Belgium
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Belgium, the shipping costs are € 17.50
- For an order of an inflatable boat the shipping costs are € 100.
Germany
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Germany, the shipping costs are € 17.50
- It is not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery in Germany. Please contact us for this.
Luxembourg & Austria
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Luxembourg or Austria, the shipping costs are € 27.50
- It's not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery to these countries. Please contact us for more information.
France, Ireland & Sweden
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in France, Ireland or Sweden, the shipping costs are € 37.50
- It's not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery to these countries. Please contact us for more information.
Greece & Slovenia
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Greece or Slovenia, the shipping costs are € 42.50
- It's not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery to these countries. Please contact us for more information.
Finland, Hungary, Slovakia & Czech Republic
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Finland, Hungary, Slovakia or the Czech Republic, the shipping costs are € 45.00.
- It's not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery to these countries. Please contact us for more information.
Bulgaria
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Bulgaria, the shipping costs are €50.00.
- It is not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery in this country. Please contact us for this.
Cyprus & Croatia
- For an order of parts and accessories with a delivery address in Cyprus or Croatia, the shipping costs are €57.50
- It's not possible to order an inflatable boat through the shop for delivery to these countries. Please contact us for more information.
Delivery times
We do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are usually listed with the product. On average, you can expect an in-stock shipment within 24–48 hours. For countries outside the Netherlands, it may take a little longer.
You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the order has been shipped.
Pick up in the Randstad
Would you rather not wait for your package? You can collect almost any product from us. We keep a large inventory, but we recommend calling ahead to check if the product you want is available.

During the ordering process you can choose the option “Pick up”.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. You then have another 14 days to return the product.
You will then receive a refund for the full order amount including shipping costs.
The return costs to our online store are at your own expense (on average €7.25 per package).
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. Damage may result in a reduction in value.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
Follow the steps below to create your return
Step 1. Register return
Register your return in your Zodiac Online Shop account.
Don't have an account yet? Create one using the same email address you used to place your order.
Click on “My Orders”, open the order in question and click on “Return Items” at the bottom.
Select the reason for return and the desired return action.
Step 2. Returning goods
Please note: always register your return first (step 1) before returning the goods.

One of our employees will then send you the return form. Please include the completed form with your shipment and send the package to:

After receipt of the return, it will be processed as quickly as possible.
If you only return part of your order and the original order amount falls below the free delivery amount, you will still be charged the standard shipping costs. This will be deducted directly from the refund amount for the return shipment.
Condition of the goods
It is your responsibility to handle the product and shipping with care.
All products are checked upon receipt before we refund your money.
Any damage or depreciation may be charged.
Warranty
Step 1 : Report a warranty case through your Zodiac Online Shop account.
Step 2 : When placing your order, click on 'Return Items' and select the reason for return as 'Report Warranty Case' and the return action as 'Warranty: Repair/Inspect Product'.
Step 3 : We will then contact you to initiate the warranty process.
Return shipping costs
The costs of returns, both for regular returns and for warranty cases, are borne by the customer.
This applies to customers in the Netherlands as well as in other European countries.
